Last updated: September 2026. These terms govern your use of the HypixMC website and Minecraft server.
1. Accounts
You are responsible for your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Accounts used for fraud, chargebacks or rule evasion may be suspended.
2. The Minecraft server
Access to the HypixMC server is a privilege, not a right. Breaking server rules may result in temporary or permanent bans. Purchased server ranks are subject to the refund policy.
3. Payments
Prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Payments are handled through our Discord or third-party providers; we never store card details. See the Refund Policy for refund conditions.
4. Disclaimer
HypixMC is not affiliated with Mojang Studios or Microsoft. "Minecraft" is a trademark of Mojang Synergies AB. Services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind to the extent permitted by law.
