Refund Policy

Server purchases

Ranks, cosmetics and crate keys on the Minecraft server are digital goods delivered instantly and are generally non-refundable, except where required by law or when a purchase was not delivered.

Missing purchases

If a purchase was not delivered in-game within an hour, open a support ticket with your Minecraft username and the transaction ID. We will deliver it manually or refund it in full.

Chargebacks

Please contact support before opening a chargeback — most issues are resolved within a day. Fraudulent chargebacks result in a permanent ban from the server.
